Shipping and Delivery
After your order is placed, please allow 1-3 days for processing of your order. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped out.
Standard Shipping – 2-9 business days.
Your tracking number will be sent out as soon as your package is shipped.
Please be advised, due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping times can not be guaranteed. It may take you longer than expected to receive your order. We will keep you updated along the way with the status of your order.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Don’t worry! Please email us as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address and we will fix it! Although, please be advised that both the shipping and billing address must match!
I would like to make a change to my order.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please send us an email at email@example.com with your full name and order number and we will try our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, we would be unable to make any changes to your order.
How do I return/ exchange hair?
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
If you have received the wrong item or would like to exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Exchanges are assessed on individual bases, only for hair that has not been worn or altered in any way. All hair must be in its original packaging. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for any exchange requests. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost/ Stolen Item
The Lee Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact the appropriate postal office if your package has not been delivered after shipment.
